Serge and Martine Bérard had already built up to themselves a fame when they had created Pépone in Carcassonne. After some sabbatical years here they are again in November, 2004 in the head of a very beautiful establishment which they enlarged and completely relooked.
	You will have the choice of the disorientation because from the hall you will opt for the indicated room Seville 1426 km or that Rome 1165 km. You understood!! The menu here declines in Spanish and Italian specialities. Beautiful chimney and bucolic decoration in Rome with naturally the pizza oven. With Seville big fresco, posters, and the other elements symbolizing the bullfight and the Spanish tradition are the major components of the room in the low ceiling.
For cook the double menu offer one very wide selection pizzas, fresh pasta, carpaccio or platos combinados, tapas (cold or warm) and the other dishes: all so delicious some as the others. To note : El Campo is a very bullfighting place because it is the seat of the UDAC (Union of the Aficionados of Carcassonne), of the Federation of Clubs Taurins Audois and the Bullfighting Club of Trébes, thus make you no concern(marigold) there above: the bullfighting atmosphere is assured!
