La Paella is an institution: the oldest Spanish restaurant in Paris is above all a family. José working alongside his wife Gilda and her sister Blanca. In the kitchen, the friend of thirty years, José Torrecillas!

A La Paella, you can let yourself be tempted by the tapas at Pulpo Gallega, Sepia a la plancha, tortilla, croquetas de pollo, Cecina de león (beef jerky), Callos (tribes), marinated mussels, ... and the list of delights is still long.

Upstairs, La Paella is transformed into a restaurant with a menu of many entries and very tempting dishes. La Paella specialties: grilled fish, rabbit with snails, Madrid-style tripe, lentils with chorizo, squid ink and Paellas !
